Thibaut Dailland was born and raised in West Africa's Ivory Coast region, later residing for 5 years on the remote island of Mauritius. After moving across continents several times, Thibaut settled in the Central Florida area in 2010 where he earned his bachelor's degree in Business Administration and his Florida Real Estate License.
Thibaut is not only recognized for his exemplary real estate services but he is also known internationally for his athletic career in waterskiing, where he placed 2nd at the World Waterski Championships in 2017 and won 4 times the Overall European Championship.

Since 2000, he has been involved in creating residential and commercial properties through a family-owned land development company that focuses on golf and condominium communities in East Tennessee. Overseeing transactions at both ends of the real estate spectrum from small, but fantastic, jewels to mansions, Brian has worked independently as REALTOR®, investor and licensed general contractor since 2006, building and remodeling custom homes.
In 2010, Brian transitioned his real estate career to Central Florida. He'd been fortunate enough to co-reside in Palm Coast as well as north of Boston, Massachusetts, where he specialized in revitalizing investment properties in prime growth areas. Brian holds a bachelor's degree in business and organizational management, and has used these skills to take on enterprise and public sector sales positions in telecom as well as several entrepreneurial endeavors in imports, retail and fitness.
In his leisure time, Brian, his wife and son enjoy world travel as they take in diverse and inspiring architectural and cultural elements globally.
